the block / numbers
The board, in numbers.
Every figure on this page is read from the board’s own database. It is cached at the edge for up to five minutes, so it can lag a sale by that much — nothing here is rounded up, and nothing is left out because it looks bad. The board is new, so most of these numbers are small. That is exactly why they are worth publishing.

0.7% of the board. Floor price today: $5.
Distinct holders. One person can hold several tiles.
1 card payment, net of refunds, first one 2026-08-24. 6 tiles were issued with a gift code and are not counted as money.
Times a tile changed hands because someone paid 1.5× its heat.
People who clicked through to an advertiser in the last 7 days, today included.
Since the first tile went up, 17 days ago. Bots are excluded — see below.
Mean 36.7. Counted since each tile’s current holder took it. The median is the one to trust: one popular tile drags the mean upward.
Nobody has evicted anybody yet.

How these numbers are counted
Clicks are counted on the hop, not on the advertiser’s site: every tile links to/go/{slug}, which records the click and redirects. Requests whose user agent matches bot, crawler, spider, preview, curl, wgetor headless are not counted, which is why the figures here are lower than raw server logs would be. There are no cookies and no visitor identifiers anywhere in the path — the only thing stored is a per-tile, per-day integer.
Money is the sum of every card payment that actually cleared — evictions and top-ups included — minus any refunds. Tiles handed out with a gift code are counted as taken but not as money, and the count of those is printed above. Per-tile clicks start on the day the current holder took the tile, so a tile that changed hands does not carry its previous holder’s traffic. Tiles taken and squatters come from the same tables the board itself renders from, so this page cannot drift from what you see on the directory.
What these numbers don’t prove
- They don’t promise you the same. A share of a small number is a small number. The board’s traffic today is what it is, and no placement can conjure more.
- They don’t measure intent. A click is someone choosing to leave the board and look at your site. It says nothing about whether they bought anything, and we have no way to know.
- They are not a ranking signal. Every link out of here carries
rel="sponsored". Clicks do not move you in search, and neither does the tile.
If you’re deciding whether to buy
Treat this as a cheap, visible placement on a page that explains itself — not as a traffic channel and not as an SEO purchase. The useful question is not “how much traffic will I get”, it is “do I want a spot on this wall while it is still$5”. The click counter on anytaken tile is the closest thing to evidence you’ll get, and you can check it yourself before and after you buy.
If that sounds like a fair deal, the checkout takes about a minute. If it sounds thin, it is thin — the longer read on how pixel ads age is the honest version of the same argument.
STILL WONDERING
- How many clicks does a tile get?
- Right now the median taken tile has had 25 outbound clicks since its current holder took it, and the board has been running 17 days. That is a small number because the board is small. The counter on each tile page is public and updates live, so you can check any tile yourself instead of trusting this page.
- Why publish numbers that make the board look empty?
- Because a page that only shows good numbers is not data. If the board is 1% full, a buyer deciding whether $5 is worth it needs to see that, not a rounded-up version of it. The numbers get better or worse on their own; the page just has to keep telling the truth.
- Do you filter bots out of the click counts?
- Yes. Clicks are counted on the /go/{slug} hop, and requests whose user agent matches bot, crawler, spider, preview, curl, wget or headless are not counted. Everything else is counted once per click, with no cookies and no visitor identifiers.
- Can I verify a tile’s click count?
- Yes. Every taken tile has its own page showing two counters: clicks in the last 7 days, and clicks since its current holder took it. The per-tile figures on this page are the second one, so you can open any tile and compare. Nothing on this page is a number you have to take on trust.
